CEEP Staff

The Clean and Efficient Energy Program (CEEP) is an initiative of Alliance to Save Energy, the American Public Power Association (APPA), and the Large Public Power Council (LPPC). The Alliance to Save Energy serves as the program secretariat. CEEP was developed with input from a Steering Committee of public power leaders and is also guided by an Advisory Council consisting of representatives from energy industry associations, national and regional clean and efficient energy advocacy organizations, and public power utility staff experts, who contribute resources and ideas.
