By law, public power utilities in California are required to disclose the results of energy efficiency program measurement and evaluation reports. M&V reports for 18 different public power utilities are available on the Northern California Power Agency (NCPA)'s web site. They offer useful insights into the methodologies used to evaluate various programs and summarize results, including participation rates, energy savings, peak demand savings, and program expenditures.
